Grey Group brings on board Regional Director, Talent & HR

IMG_9202ASIA PACIFIC, Singapore, 4 February 2014 – Grey Group, ranked among the largest global communications network, welcomes on board Rumki Fernandes as Regional Director, Talent & HR. Rumki will be reporting to Nirvik Singh, Chairman and CEO of Grey Group Asia Pacific, and will be responsible for talent management for Grey Group across the Asia Pacific region.

Rumki brings to her role more than 15 years of experience spanning across industries which include technology, banking and global staffing.

Most recently as head of human resources for Attano Media & Education in India, Rumki was instrumental in growing the company from scratch to a strength of more than 300 within two years. Prior to Attano, she was with the Deutsche Bank subsidiary, DBOI Global Services as vice president of human resources, managing a headcount of over 2,000 across multiple centres. In DBOI she ran several projects, of significance, being a global project on On-boarding & Induction that impacted over 14,000 staff across US, UK, India and Philippines. Her earlier experiences were with global staffing firm, Manpower Global Services, where she played a key role in the joint venture formation and post JV integration between Manpower and ABC Consultants, and subsequently became head of human resources.
