GREY group India appoints Salil Inamdar as the National Head – Digital Content and CreativeOctober 20th, 2015
GREY group India has appointed Salil Inamdar as National Head for Digital Content and Creative. Inamdar joins GREY group India from Interactive Avenues where he headed digital creative and content. He will report to Leroy Alvares (President-Digital Services) for the digital business operation; and to Sandipan Bhattacharyya (Chief Creative Officer) for the creative arm. He will be based in the Bangalore office and will oversee work across all GREY group India offices.
Inamdar is a veteran with over 15 years of experience across diverse media disciplines – from traditional advertising to film and also media. At GREY, he will spearhead all digital communication capabilities.
Inamdar’s extensive experience comes from working in agencies and companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, CNN-IBN, Microsoft and Happy Creative. As an award-winning advertising personnel, he has won a legion of awards at the D&AD, The Webby Awards, AVA Digital Awards, RAPA Awards, Spikes Asia, Adfest and the FWA. His work has also been covered by the local and international media. He has worked on numerous brands including TVS, Arvind, Toyota, Puma, Amazon, ITC Foods, Tanishq and Future Brands.
Inamdar has a Master degree in communications and film. He is an avid traveler who loves sports, and is a fan of Pink Floyd, The Doors and Metallica. A serious movie buff, he prizes his Martin Scorsese-autographed Taxi Driver DVD as his most valuable possession.
