Nadim Khoury, Chief Operating Officer, Grey Group MENA has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Grey Advertising, MENA.
Nadim began his advertising career with Saatchi & Saatchi working on a wide variety of clients including MasterFoods, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Danone and Samsung, among others. He moved to Grey in 1999 as Regional Account Director, managing GlaxoSmithKline and British American Tobacco for the Middle East region, before taking responsibility of the agency’s entire portfolio as Client Services Director in 2002. He has held several senior leadership positions within Grey, being promoted to Managing Director in 2008 and Group Managing Director in 2013.
Responsible for the agency’s operations and clients across the Middle East and North Africa, Nadim has been credited with growing the agency’s revenue base and has visibly impacted the transformation of its services in line with client needs. Over the last few years, he has successfully led new business pitches whilst managing forecasts and budgets and overseeing the optimization of structures and processes. In addition to his current responsibilities, he is the regional lead for P&G, overlooking and supporting the team across the Arabian Peninsula, Near East and North Africa.
An industry thought-leader, consummate professional and a passionate believer in the power of communication, his articles often appear in top industry publications such as Campaign Middle East, Arab Ad and Arabian Marketer. As well as being a proponent of industry collaboration, he is also an active member of the International Advertising Association’s UAE chapter and a former member of their executive board.
