Noc Choi in an interview with Hong Kong Baptist University

Noc Choi, strategic planner of Grey Hong Kong, was interviewed by Wayne Yum, a researcher from the Department of Communication Studies of Hong Kong Baptist University, on a research about the “Perceptions of creativity in Hong Kong”. The research looks to further improve the curriculum in the university through opinions from professionals.

As a middle-man between clients and the Creative/AS Teams, Noc shared his honest views on how to strike a balance between cool creative ideas and effectiveness, the challenges of the silos structures in 4As agencies; how new media and technology have expanded the tools in delivering creative ideas, and the importance of having passion and hunger to learn new things in order to produce great marketing campaigns.
